Job summary

A2zee Hr Solutions in Jaipur, India seeks a senior BD professional to win government, PSU and multilateral-funded consultancy assignments, managing the pipeline from opportunity to award and coordinating JV formations.

You will track tenders on CPPP, GeM, World Bank notices; prepare EOIs and proposals, attend pre-bid meetings, and build relationships with government departments and PSUs. Frequent travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years in BD with an infrastructure engineering consultancy, PMC/DPR firm or similar.
• Proven record of winning government, PSU or multilateral-funded assignments (World Bank, ADB, AIIB, JICA).
• Hands-on experience forming and managing JVs and consortiums
• Working knowledge of QCBS / LCS evaluation, GFR, e-procurement portals and standard RFP formats.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi; confident in presentations and negotiations.
• Willing to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Track tenders, EOIs and RFPs on CPPP, state e-procurement portals, GeM and World Bank / ADB / JICA notices; recommend go / no-go.
• Lead preparation of EOIs, technical and financial proposals and pre-qualification documents within deadlines.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and follow up through evaluation, negotiation and award.
• Build relationships with government departments, ULBs, development authorities, PSUs and funding agencies; keep empanelments current.
• Identify JV / consortium partners, negotiate terms and finalise MoUs and JV agreements with legal and finance.
• Source key experts (team leaders, sector specialists, GIS / BIM, field engineers) and secure CVs and commitment letters before submission.
• Coordinate with HR to mobilise project teams on award.
• Report pipeline status, win/loss analysis and market intelligence to management monthly.

Grow the company's order book by winning government, PSU and multilateral-funded consultancy assignments owning the pipeline from opportunity to award, building JVs where needed, and lining up key experts for every bid.

Key Responsibilities

• Track tenders, EOIs and RFPs on CPPP, state e-procurement portals, GeM and World Bank / ADB / JICA notices; recommend go / no-go.
• Lead preparation of EOIs, technical and financial proposals and pre-qualification documents within deadlines.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and follow up through evaluation, negotiation and award.
