ASTIKA SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, based in India, seeks a senior Sales & Business Development professional to assist cross-functional teams and manage high-value opportunities across Africa. The role emphasizes pre-qualification support, stakeholder coordination, and robust documentation.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) and an MBA, with 5–10 years in sales/BD, and willingness to travel across ASIA countries, particularly Africa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) preferred; MBA is a plus.
• 5–10 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Power Generation, EPCs and international environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Well-versed in contractual terms and conditions.
• Willingness to travel across all ASIA countries, especially Africa.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales & Marketing Team with pre-qualification activities.
