Job summary

Ubique Systems in India seeks an experienced recruitment leader to drive domestic IT staffing engagements and build a scalable delivery model. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from lead generation and screening to client delivery, and you will actively generate client leads and engagements to support steady growth.

The role requires strategic thinking, a hands-on approach, and the ability to align recruiting programs with business goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in domestic IT staffing services
• Experience leading large client engagements
• Superior project- and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Experience in building client relationships and ATS/recruitment tools
• Should be from IT domestic staffing industry only
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage a pipeline of interested prospects.
• Drive business growth and meet weekly/monthly/quarterly goals as set by the management team.

• Conduct regular formal reviews with Clients to ensure satisfaction with the service delivered.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Domestic IT recruitment to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in building client relationships, overseeing various client engagements, and achieving top-line as well as bottom-line targets.
• Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with others in a fast-paced work environment.
