Job summary

Polycab India Limited, Bengaluru-based, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead and expand B2C sales of retail wires and switchgear. You will build relationships with retailers, electricians and influencers, and drive territory-wise growth through strategic execution and market visibility.

You will partner with marketing on ATL/BTL campaigns, plan local initiatives and conduct regular retailer meets to achieve monthly and annual targets across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving retail sales of retail wires and switchgear products, building strong relationships with channel partners, and identifying new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
