Job summary

Delartis Designs LLP in Delhi seeks a Business Development Lead to spearhead market expansion across luxury residential, corporate real estate, hospitality groups, and premium design commissions.

You will identify and pitch to high-net-worth individuals, developers, corporate leaders, and luxury operators; build referral networks; lead pitches, RFP responses, scope proposals, and fee negotiations with partners; manage CRM and revenue forecasting.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate Management.
• 4+ years of proven business development success in architecture, interior design, commercial real estate, or luxury services.
• Extensive network across Delhi NCR, real estate developers, and corporate decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and pitch to high-net-worth individuals, property developers, corporate leaders, and hospitality operators.
• Build long-term referral networks with real estate advisors, PMCs, and luxury brokers.
• Lead pitch presentations, RFP responses, scope proposals, and fee structure negotiations in collaboration with partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging sectors (e.g., wellness resorts, boutique workplaces).
• Maintain CRM pipeline hygiene, revenue forecasting, and strategic account management.
