Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles and delivery cadences.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project/work-management platform.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to speak confidently with founders, senior clients and internal teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured tasks, owners, timelines and dependencies.
• Client-facing experience, including managing expectations and constructive conversations.
• Commercial instinct and ability to identify additional requirements and pitches.
• Experience coordinating teams and holding deliverables to account.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-through in fast-moving environments.
• Experience in digital marketing, technology, e-commerce or creative agency preferred.
• Understanding of performance marketing, ads, SEO, CRM or retention marketing.
• Experience creating proposals and commercial documentation.
• Experience working with founders or senior leadership.
• Formal Scrum Master / Agile certification.
• Backgrounds considered: Scrum Master | PM | Delivery Manager | Product Manager | BA | Client Success / Account Manager | Founder's Office | BD with PM exposure.

Responsibilities

• Will coordinate multiple leads, clients and internal teams in fast-paced projects.
• Translate business needs into structured task lists, owners, timelines and milestones.
• Support delivery cadence through proactive planning and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing proposals, scopes of work and commercial documentation.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, with practical exposure to sprint planning, prioritisation, backlogs, standups or delivery cadences.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or a similar project/work-management platform.
• Experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Client Success Manager or a closely related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to speak confidently with founders, senior clients and internal teams.
• Ability to listen to a business requirement and convert it into structured tasks, owners, timelines, dependencies and follow-ups.
• Client-facing or client-servicing experience, including managing expectations and keeping conversations constructive.
• Commercial instinct - comfortable identifying additional requirements, preparing a pitch and helping expand the relationship.
• Prior experience managing or coordinating a team and holding people accountable to deliverables.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through. This person should naturally notice when something is missing, delayed or unclear.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with multiple leads, clients and internal stakeholders at the same time.
