Chandel Street Capital, a SEBI-registered stock market research advisory, is seeking an Inside Sales professional to drive outbound calls and convert warm leads into paying clients. You will sell stock market advisory plans, understand client trading styles and meet monthly targets.

The role demands strong communication, negotiation skills, and a passion for the stock market. Freshers and early-career sales professionals are welcome to apply, with daily calling expectations and adherence to SEBI

Formación

• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years in sales/tele sales/inside sales/BFSI sales or stock market sales.
• Any graduate (BBA/BCom/BA/BSc/MBA Finance/Marketing) preferred.
• Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
• Interest in the stock market, share market, trading or investments.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable with daily calling.
• Knowledge of English and Hindi or a regional language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound sales calls (tele sales/inside sales) to warm leads and convert them into paying clients.
• Pitch and sell stock market advisory, equity research and trading advisory plans.
• Understand client needs, trading style and risk profile, and recommend the right advisory plan.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Drive renewals, upselling and repeat sales from existing clients.
• Build long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain lead and sales records in CRM / Excel.
• Follow SEBI guidelines and ethical sales practices at all times.

Note: This is a 100% target-based SALES job (Inside Sales / Tele Sales). You will call leads daily and sell paid stock market advisory plans with monthly sales targets. Not a customer support or back-office role.
