Job summary

Brindavanam Enterprise is seeking a female candidate with strong communication skills for a role in sales and customer interaction. Training is available and the candidate should be able to engage with corporate clients using phone and email to describe products and services.

The role requires fluency in two languages (English as first language and a second language among Tamil, Kannada or Malayalam) and a proactive, go-getter attitude. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresher or any graduate with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in two languages is mandatory: English as first language and one of Tamil, Kannada or Malayalam as second language.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Contacting potential corporate clients (MDs, CEOs, chairmen) and describing products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries via telephone or email clearly and professionally.
• Manage customer relationships to generate interest and new business.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
• Demonstrate and apply sales skills and learn from the process.
