Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. invites applications for a Branch Business Development Executive to drive growth at the local branch level. The role focuses on field marketing, lead generation, and converting opportunities into new customer business for gold loans and third-party products.

The incumbent will report to the Branch Manager and will support target achievement and customer acquisition through active outreach, efficient lead handling, and cross-selling strategies.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate.
• Basic Computer Knowledge, esp. MS Office applications mandatory.
• MS Excel preferable.
• Sales orientation and excellent communication skills are essential.
