Job summary

Mauli Arts Pvt. Ltd. in Panvel, India, is seeking a dynamic business development professional to drive growth in beauty and cosmetic products. You will identify and onboard new customers, distributors and retailers nationwide, plan product presentations, and lead negotiations to meet ambitious sales targets.

Roles & Responsilities:

• Develop and implement business development and sales strategies for beauty and cosmetic products.
• Identify and develop new customers, distributors, dealers, retailers, salons, beauty parlours and other business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Identify new markets and opportunities for expansion.
• Coordinate with distributors, sales teams, marketing and internal departments for smooth business operations.
• Plan and conduct client meetings, product presentations and business negotiations.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and agreements with customers/distributors within company guidelines.
• Monitor sales performance, collections and market feedback.
• Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.
• Provide market feedback regarding product demand, pricing, competition and customer preferences.
• Support product launches, promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
• Travel to markets, customer locations and business territories as required.
• Should be capable to operate Pan india business all over the countries.

Preferred candidate profile : Female candidate should be a confident, well-groomed, commercially focused and highly motivated professional with strong knowledge of the beauty and cosmetic market and the ability to independently develop and grow business.
