Job summary

Career Crafters is hiring a Business Development Executive - eCommerce Seller Onboarding to drive seller onboarding across Delhi, Jodhpur and Mumbai. The role focuses on field sales, onboarding sellers to marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy and eBay, and building strong relationships for growth.

You will educate sellers on listing optimization, pricing, catalog management and order fulfillment while guiding them through documentation and KYC workflows.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of field sales or BD experience.
• Experience onboarding sellers on marketplaces is a plus.
• Familiarity with Amazon/Etsy/eBay onboarding is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential sellers in assigned territories.
• Conduct field visits to present onboarding processes for marketplaces.
• Educate sellers on listing, pricing, catalog management and fulfillment.
• Assist sellers through document collection, registration and KYC workflows.
• Build long-term relationships to ensure account activation and growth.
• Meet and exceed onboarding and revenue targets monthly & quarterly.

We are hiring a Business Development Executive - eCommerce Seller Onboarding! If you have experience in field sales and a strong understanding of onboarding sellers on global marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, and eBay, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview

• Position: Business Development Executive - eCommerce Seller Onboarding

• Experience: 1-3 Years (Field Sales / BD / Seller Onboarding)

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (Odd Saturdays working, Even Saturdays off)

• Location: Field-based / On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential sellers (retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and D2C brands) in assigned territories.

• Conduct field visits to present marketplace onboarding processes (Amazon, Etsy, eBay).

• Educate sellers on product listing, pricing strategies, catalog management, and order fulfillment.

• Assist sellers through document collection, registration, and KYC workflows.

• Build strong long-term relationships to ensure smooth account activation and growth.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly onboarding and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or seller onboarding.

• Prior experience with eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Etsy, eBay) is highly preferred.

• Strong communication skills and comfort with daily field travel.
