Job summary

PhonePe is leading the digital payments space in India, with a focus on helping offline merchants access loans through a trusted network of lenders. The Lending team seeks a field sales professional to drive merchant acquisitions in Kerala and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include regular field visits, educating merchants about product features and the digital loan process, keeping records, and meeting sales targets while building lasting merchant partnerships.

Qualifications

• 12th standard, ITI, or Diploma pass.
• 3–6 months of sales experience preferred.
• Valid two-wheeler and driving license required.
• Basics of digital lending processes including KYC, Mandates, and Autopay.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for field-based interactions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for field-based interactions.
