The Role:Academic Relationship Manager (ARM)
As an Academic Relationship Manager at Kalvium, you will play a key role in driving student admissions by engaging with prospective students and parents. You will act as a trusted advisor—understanding student aspirations, clearly communicating program value, and guiding them through the admissions journey.This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interaction, counselling, and working in a target-driven environment while contributing to a mission-driven education organization.
What You’ll Do:
Student & Parent Engagement
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Conduct counselling sessions, presentations, and program walkthroughs.
- Interact with students and parents to explain Kalvium’s programs, curriculum, university partnerships, admission process, and career opportunities.
- Schedule and book one-on-one counselling sessions with prospective students and parents.
- Provide detailed information about Kalvium, program benefits, fees, career outcomes, and student experience.
- Understand student goals and recommend suitable Kalvium programs.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents throughout the admissions journey.
Admissions Support
- Guide students through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Address queries, concerns, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
Sales & Target Ownership
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly admissions targets.
- Communicate program value clearly and confidently.
- Ensure a high-quality experience for every prospective student.
- Maintain a strong conversion pipeline through consistent follow-ups and counselling sessions.

- Any graduate with strong communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Interest in sales, counselling, and student interaction.
