You will manage the complete order lifecycle, from costing and quoting to negotiation, order booking and delivery follow-up, ensuring accurate, competitive quotes and informed customers. The role sits at the intersection of sales and operations, requiring coordination with NPD for costing, creation of sale orders in ERP, and monitoring order status against delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in costing, quoting and sales negotiations.
• Ability to coordinate with NPD for costing and quotes.
• Experience creating and tracking sales orders in ERP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and estimate costing for sheetmetal, fabricated, casting and machine parts.
• Maintain enquiry register for new customer enquiries/RFQs.
• Coordinate with NPD for costing and prepare customer quotes.
• Submit quotes and negotiate with customers to secure orders.
• Create sale orders in ERP meeting commercial and technical requirements.
• Monitor order status and escalate open orders with customers.
• Coordinate with internal CFT for new project execution on time.

Job Description: Responsible for managing the complete order lifecycle from costing and quoting through negotiation, order booking, project management and delivery follow-up. This role sits at the intersection of sales and operations, ensuring customers receive accurate, competitive quotes and stay informed on their order status from confirmation to dispatch.

Key responsibilities

• Preparation and estimation of costing for Sheetmetal, Fabricated, Casting and Machine parts
• Maintain enquiry register for new customer Enquires/RFQs
• Ability to coordinate with NPD for costing and prepare quote for customers
• Submit quote and negotiate with customers to secure new orders
• Create sale orders in ERP by ensuring all customer commercial and technical requirements are met
• Monitoring sale order status against customer delivery schedules and manage customer escalation for open orders
• Customer and internal CFT team coordination for new projects execution within time line
