Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, educational marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, schools, or the education sector will be preferred.
• Proven experience in school tie-ups and local community outreach.
• Strong presentation, pitching, counselling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate the cognitive and mathematical benefits of educational products/programs.
• Comfortable with field work and local travel.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
• Fluent English and Hindi are required, along with relevant regional language proficiency.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
