Job summary

ESH Décor & Events, Pune-based wedding and event decor specialist, is hiring a Business Development & Client Relations Executive. This role is primarily on-field and client-facing, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, networking, pitching ideas and closing business.

You will generate leads, meet clients, present capabilities, and build a network with planners, venues and corporate clients to convert enquiries into confirmed projects and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Event Sales, Hospitality Sales, Venue Sales, Business Development or Client Servicing.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified business opportunities and new leads.
• Meet clients and present ESH’s solutions and capabilities.
• Build relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, venues, hotels and corporate clients.
• Follow up on enquiries and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team on proposals.
• Convert opportunities into confirmed projects and achieve business targets.
• Develop new venue and industry partnerships.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions and industry gatherings.
• Maintain strong client relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
