You will manage applications, documents, and payments while coordinating with universities and internal teams. Success depends on strong communication, proactive selling, and achieving enrollment targets.

• Manage Learners: Handle students from the first counselling call until enrollment, including regular follow-ups.
• Career Counselling: Understand courses and career options and suggest the right program based on the learners goals.
• Build Relationships: Maintain good relationships with learners and help them make the right education decisions.
• Manage Applications: Help with applications, documents, fee payments, and the enrollment process.
• Support Learners: Solve learner queries and coordinate with internal teams and universities for a smooth experience.
• Sales & Targets: Follow up with leads, counsel learners, convert them into enrollments, and achieve sales targets. (Cold Calling)
