Job summary

Royalstar is seeking a recruiter with experience in overseas placement to identify Gulf-based employers and manage end-to-end recruitment processes in the construction, hospitality, facility management, healthcare and manufacturing sectors.

The role focuses on building relationships with HR and operations teams and coordinating sourcing, documentation, medicals, visas and deployment to ensure smooth placements.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years in overseas recruitment or B2B sales.
• Familiar with middle-east placement process.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-driven, organized, can handle both business and ops without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective employers in UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait across construction, hospitality, facility management, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.
