is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate with a genuine interest in the Stock Market, Trading, Investing, and Financial Markets to confidently communicate with customers and convert leads into business. This role is ideal for someone who understands the basics of the stock market and wants to build a career in Fintech & Financial Services Sales, including handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with prospects, and achieving monthly

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, BFSI, Fintech, or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of the Indian stock market is mandatory.
• Candidates with NISM certification will be strongly preferred; Series VIII / XV certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills; comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Freshers with strong stock-market knowledge and NISM certification are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
