Job summary

SGS India is seeking a Business Development & Operations Coordinator focusing on Process Safety & Industrial Safety from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role combines securing new business with coordinating operations, requiring 6+ years of BD/technical sales experience and engineering knowledge.

You will build client relationships, prepare proposals, and drive RFQs from enquiry to order closure while coordinating with technical and project teams to deliver safety services.

Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of Process Safety, Risk Assessment, Industrial Safety or EHS services.


• Experience in techno-commercial proposals, tenders and RFQs.


• Strong communication, negotiation and client management skills.


• Ability to work with technical, engineering, costing and project teams.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
