Job summary

Bharatsure is seeking a business development professional to drive outbound engagements with brokers, banks, startups, and enterprises. You will research and engage prospects, coordinate with internal teams, and leverage AI tools to streamline CRM and analytics workflows.

You will tailor insurance and technology solutions to prospect needs, build lasting relationships, and contribute to growth by exploring new verticals and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Support B2B business development by identifying, researching, and engaging prospects across brokers, banks, startups, and enterprises through outbound channels
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute initiatives, manage CRM and analytics tools (Zoho Suite), and streamline business-as-usual processes using AI tools
• Understand prospect needs and assist in pitching relevant insurance and technology solutions, while building and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects and partners
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research, and share insights to improve business strategy effectiveness and decision-making
• Help build and scale new business verticals by supporting outreach, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
