Job summary

BigTrunk is seeking a Business Development professional for Affiliate Marketing (Domestic Market). The candidate will drive growth by identifying advertisers, managing relationships, and closing deals across the domestic market.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, strong understanding of CPL/CPS models, and the ability to work with international affiliates while focusing on the domestic segment. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential.

Designation: Business Development - Affiliate Marketing (Domestic Market)

Experience: 3+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of the affiliate ecosystem and performance marketing.
• Experience in identifying and acquiring new advertisers / clients and developing existing business relationships.
• Should be comfortable working across international affiliate markets.
• Good understanding of CPL, CPS and other performance-based campaign models.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercials and close deals.
• Should have a strong understanding of affiliate networks, publishers, traffic sources and campaign requirements.
• Experience working with international clients/advertisers will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Should be target-oriented and capable of independently managing the business development cycle from lead generation to closure and account growth.
