FE Ventures is seeking a proactive Affiliate Marketing Executive in Mumbai to manage day‑to‑day affiliate campaign operations, partner relationships, performance reporting, and client coordination. Job description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Executive to manage day-to-day affiliate campaign operations, partner relationships, performance reporting, order validation, and client coordination. The candidate should have a good understanding of affiliate marketing business models, campaign performance metrics, and reporting processes, along with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Partner Management: Identify and reach out to potential affiliate partners, introduce campaigns, explain campaign terms and conditions, and manage the onboarding process.
• Campaign Management: Coordinate the day-to-day operations of affiliate campaigns across multiple clients, ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution of operational issues.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular affiliate performance reports for clients and affiliate partners, tracking key campaign metrics and performance.
• Order Validation & Reconciliation: Prepare affiliate-wise order validation reports, coordinate with clients for order validations, and share validation updates with affiliate partners.
• Client Billing & Purchase Orders: Prepare client billing reports, maintain accurate billing data, and coordinate the preparation and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs).
• Affiliate Reporting & Coordination: Maintain campaign data and reports using Google Sheets/Excel, ensuring timely updates and accurate information sharing with affiliate partners.
• Client & Partner Relationship Management: Maintain strong working relationships with clients, affiliate partners, and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day campaign operations.
• Client Communication: Participate in regular client calls and meetings to discuss campaign performance, reporting, validations, and operational requirements.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors and internal teams to align campaign requirements, resolve operational dependencies, and ensure timely execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate campaign operations.
• Good understanding of affiliate marketing models, including CPS, CPV, CPQL, CPI, and CPA.
• Experience in affiliate reporting, order validation, reconciliation, and client reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet reporting deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Advantage:

• Experience in mobile app install and performance marketing campaigns.
• Existing relationships with mobile app affiliate networks and international publishers, particularly Chinese publishers.
• Ability to identify potential opportunities and contribute towards expanding the company's affiliate marketing services into mobile app performance campaigns.
