Job summary

Find My Hostel is seeking a self-motivated field sales professional to visit confirmed leads at hostel/PG properties in Kochi, performing in-person demos and guiding owners through the product.

You will activate free trial accounts, support onboarding from day one, and coordinate with Operations and the BDA team to keep trials progressing with regular follow-ups to move toward an agreement.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to manage own schedule.
• Comfortable with daily travel across Kochi; own two-wheeler preferred.
• Good Malayalam communication; English a plus.
• Organized; able to track multiple leads and next steps.
• Comfort using a smartphone app to demo live.

Responsibilities

• Visit confirmed, pre-scheduled leads at their hostel/PG property for in-person demos
• Walk owners through the product clearly, answer questions, and demonstrate how it fits their day-to-day operations

Candidate Requirements

• Comfortable with daily travel across Kochi - own two-wheeler preferred
• Good communicator in Malayalam (English a plus) - able to build easy rapport with a wide range of property owners
• Organized - able to track multiple leads, follow-ups, and next steps without anything slipping through
• Basic comfort using a smartphone app confidently enough to demo it live
• Prior sales, field marketing, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but attitude and self-drive matter more
