• 7-12 years of revenue management and business operations experience.
• Strong command of Siemens' DDS process and related activities.
• Experience with month-end PAS reviews and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with SFRG and IFRS guidelines.
• Experience with I-GAAP reporting.
• Knowledge of OCC and POC accounting.
• Factory liaison and coordination experience is a plus.

• Ensure adherence to SFRG and IFRS guidelines for financial reporting and accounting.
• Support and coordinate with factory teams on business administration and financial matters, where required.
• Manage and support I-GAAP reporting processes.
• Maintain a good understanding of OCC and a reasonable understanding of POC accounting.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support accurate reporting, business performance monitoring and operational efficiency.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• 7-12 years of strong understanding of revenue management and business operations.
• Good command of Siemens' DDS process.
• Experience in month-end PAS reviews.
• Working knowledge of SFRG and IFRS guidelines.
• Familiarity with I-GAAP reporting.
• Good knowledge of OCC and reasonable knowledge of POC accounting.
• Factory liaison and coordination experience would be an added advantage.
