Siemens is seeking a Manager - Business Controlling - Financial reporting - Revenue Management to lead end-to-end revenue management activities for the Smart Infrastructure business in India. You will coordinate with regional teams to drive revenue growth and ensure accurate financial reporting under SFRG, IFRS, and I-GAAP guidelines.

In this role, you will own month-end PAS reviews, support factory teams on financial matters, and maintain strong understanding of the DDS process.

Qualifikationen

• 7–12 years of experience in revenue management and business operations.

• Support and coordinate with factory teams on business administration and financial matters, where required.
• Manage and support I-GAAP reporting.
• Maintain a good understanding of OCC and a reasonable understanding of POC accounting.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support accurate reporting, business performance monitoring and operational efficiency.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• 7-12 years of strong understanding of revenue management and business operations.
• Good command of Siemens' DDS process.
• Experience in month-end PAS reviews.
• Working knowledge of SFRG and IFRS guidelines.
• Familiarity with I-GAAP reporting.
• Good knowledge of OCC and reasonable knowledge of POC accounting.
• Factory liaison and coordination experience would be an added advantage.
