KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand businessobjectives, processes, challenges, and requirements.
• Gather, analyze,document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholderdiscussions and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Translate businessrequirements into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), FunctionalRequirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely withdevelopers, QA engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders throughoutthe project lifecycle.
• Analyze existingbusiness processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities forimprovement.

• Prepare reports,dashboards, presentations, and requirement documentation for stakeholders.
• Track requirements,changes, dependencies, and project deliverables.
• Identify risks,dependencies, and potential requirement gaps at an early stage.
• Participate inAgile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprintreviews, and retrospectives.
• Continuously improvebusiness processes and contribute to technology-driven business solutions.

• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar datavisualization tools is a plus.
