Responsabilidades

• Understand business objectives, processes, challenges, and requirements.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder discussions and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, product teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create process flows, wireframes, user journeys, and functional specs where required.
• Assist development teams in clarifying functional requirements and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with QA teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Support UAT including test scenarios, validation, and defect clarification.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Track requirements, changes, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Continuously improve business processes and contribute to tech-driven solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand businessobjectives, processes, challenges, and requirements.
• Gather, analyze,document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps,or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of APIs and web applications.
• Basic understanding of software architecture anddevelopment processes.
• Familiarity with Figma, Balsamiq, or similarwireframing/prototyping tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar datavisualization tools is a plus.
