Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced MES Technical Architect in Gurugram to lead design, development, integration, and deployment of enterprise MES solutions. You will drive architecture for Manufacturing Execution, Quality, Genealogy, and Order Management, and oversee MES integrations with SAP/ERP, WMS, PLCs, and SCADA systems.

The role requires strong .NET, Oracle, REST/GraphQL, and messaging expertise, plus experience with IBM MQ, microservices, and cloud-agnostic deployments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C# .NET/.NET Core and ASP.NET Web API.
• Experience with Oracle SQL/PL/SQL and performance tuning.
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework and REST APIs.
• Experience in GraphQL, IBM MQ, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and Azure DevOps.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MES Technical Architect to lead the design, development, integration, and deployment of enterprise-scale Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, Oracle databases, API-driven architectures, messaging platforms, and manufacturing system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end MES application architecture, technical standards, and development guidelines for manufacturing solutions.
• Design scalable and secure solutions using.NET, Oracle, REST APIs, GraphQL, Entity Framework, and IBM MQ.
• Lead technical design and implementation of MES capabilities including Production Execution, Quality Management, Traceability, Genealogy, Order Management, and Shopfloor Integration.
• Architect integrations between MES, SAP/ERP, WMS, QMS, PLCs, SCADA systems, historians, and third-party applications.
• Establish database design standards, performance tuning practices, data integrity controls, and deployment frameworks using Oracle and Entity Framework.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to translate manufacturing requirements into technical solutions.
