Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in India seeks an experienced MES Platform Lead to configure, integrate, deploy, and support Siemens Opcenter MES solutions in manufacturing environments. You will work with IT, OT, and business teams to optimize operations and enable smart factory initiatives across Pan India.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of MES experience, strong knowledge of Opcenter, ERP/SCADA/PLM integrations, and a proven ability to deliver reliable MES platforms while maintaining documentation

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Siemens Opcenter MES.
• Understand manufacturing execution workflows, production tracking, quality management, and genealogy.
• Configure, test, deploy, and support MES platforms in manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with IT, OT, and Operations teams for MES integration activities.
• Integrate MES solutions with ERP, SCADA, PLM, and IoT systems.
• Monitor MES performance and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain configuration, technical, and process documentation.
• Support manufacturing process improvements through MES optimization.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Siemens Opcenter MES (Mandatory).

• Experience in Life Sciences, Automotive, Consumer Products, Semiconductor, or Industrial Manufacturing domains.
• Knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and MES reporting.
• Familiarity with validation and compliance requirements in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
