Job summary

WeblineIndia, Ahmedabad, is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst (Pre-Sales) with 4–8 years of IT services experience to work closely with clients, sales and tech teams to gather requirements, prepare proposals, define solutions and support project initiation.

You will contribute to BRDs/FRDs, user stories, SOWs, and RFP/RFQ responses, while coordinating with teams for feasibility and effort estimates and researching digital solution options.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of BA experience in an IT services/software company.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in pre-sales, proposal writing, and client communication.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Visio/Lucidchart, Miro, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with web, mobile, SaaS, cloud, AI, and digital transformation projects.
• Experience using AI productivity and research tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity AI, or similar for documentation, research, requirement analysis, and proposal support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
