Job summary

Semidot Infotech in Jaipur, India is seeking a motivated Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience to liaise between clients and technical teams.

You will gather requirements, draft BRS/SRS, estimate project costs, and help shape proposals for international clients. The role emphasizes stakeholder influence, documentation, and delivering clear business solutions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• A minimum of 3-4 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Good Knowledge of Mobile apps (iOS/android/hybrid) and Web systems.
• Strong documentation skills, prioritizing requirements and create conceptual prototypes, Business Proposal, Agreement, SRS, RFS, etc. to ease the flow of work development.
• Should have sound technical knowledge of the frameworks and technologies.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A track record of following through on commitments.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects

Responsibilities

• E-bidding on Upwork and Freelancers, client communication, project finalizing, and final delivery.
• Creating documents like BRS /SRS and Project Cost Estimation

• Generating Revenue & projects and closing deals with International Clients.
• Create a formal proposal for the project and interact effectively with prospective clients over email, phone, and instant messengers.
