Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation platforms.
Analyze project requirements and determine feasibility.
Create customized and compelling proposals to increase conversion rates.
Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients.
Understand business objectives, pain points, and technical requirements.
Recommend suitable solutions, technologies, and engagement models.
Present company capabilities, portfolios, and case studies.
Collaborate with technical teams to estimate project timelines and efforts.
Prepare project scope documents, feature lists, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
Assist in project negotiations and closure activities.
Conduct requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders.
Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Understand workflows, user journeys, and business processes.
Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
Develop Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
Create Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
Draft User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Use Cases.
Prepare process flow diagrams and wireframes when required.
Ensure requirement completeness, consistency, and traceability.
Manage requirement changes and scope revisions.
Obtain stakeholder approvals on documentation.
Conduct project kickoff meetings.
Share requirement documentation with project teams.
Align stakeholders on timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Coordinate with UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA Teams, and Project Managers.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and status meetings.
Track project progress and ensure timely execution.
Prepare UAT scenarios and test cases.
Coordinate testing activities with clients.
Ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct regular status update meetings.
Address concerns and manage escalations.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction.
