Job summary

Societe Generale Global Solution Centre in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Business Developer with 5+ years in correspondent banking and pricing/billing to lead end-to-end project testing and BRD creation. You will collaborate with IT, business, architecture and vendors to ensure compliant, scalable delivery.

Strong SQL skills, SDLC knowledge, and Agile experience are essential. The role focuses on interlinking FO-MO-BO flows, regulatory projects, and API/microservices work, in a dynamic bank-tech

Qualifications

• 5+ years Business Development experience in Correspondent Banking and Pricing/Billing
• Clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and process oriented
• Knowledge of compliance or regulatory projects like ISO20022 is a big plus
• Knowledge of end to end flow between FO-MO-BO
• Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements gathering using use cases and feature driven methods
• Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions
• Experience on SQL is a must
• Capability to work with customers and cross location teams to maintain consistent delivery
• Ability to work closely in a team environment

• Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases.
• Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions.
• Experience on SQL is a must.
• Capability to works with customers and cross location teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery.
• Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended.
• Worked on at least one project with minimum 12 months period.
