Job summary

iNube solutions is seeking a Business Analyst in Mumbai to drive requirements analysis and documentation. You will interact with customers and project teams to understand gaps, prepare BRD/SRS/Gap Analysis, and obtain sign-off.

The role covers reviewing test cases, performing functional testing and KT with development and testing teams. This position requires 3-6 years of experience and hands-on expertise in motor insurance and auto claim processes.

Qualifications

• Business analysis and requirement gathering experience.
• Experience in BRD/SRS/Gap analysis documentation.
• Must have hands-on motor insurance and auto claim processes.

Responsibilities

• Discuss requirements with customer/project team to identify gaps.
• Prepare BRD/SRS/Gap Analysis documents and obtain sign-off.
• Walk through requirements and secure customer approval.
• Review test cases and perform functional testing.
• Provide KT/clarifications to dev and testing teams.
• Prepare status reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate client UAT and training of Super Users.
• Mentor juniors and lead the project team.
• Lead the team to deliver within scope.

• Discussion with customer/project team to understand requirements/gap
• Requirement documentation (BRD/SRS/Gap Analysis Document Preparation)
• Requirement walk-through and getting requirement sign-off from customer
• Reviewing test cases
