Job summary

iNube solutions in Bangalore invites a seasoned Business Analyst to translate insurance requirements into clear specifications. You will engage with customers to understand gaps, document BRD/SRS, and walk through requirements to secure sign-off.

The role demands SDLC experience in General/All Commercial claims products, familiarity with portals and mobile apps for sales channels, and strong communication and documentation skills to support testing, UAT, and client training.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in General/All Commercial claims insurance.
• SDLC experience across all project phases for insurance applications.
• Understanding of portals for sales channels, customers, and mobile apps.
• Experience with General/All Commercial claims products.
• Licentiate/Associate/Fellow in General Insurance from Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.
• MS Office, MS Visio, and knowledge of a requirements gathering tool.
• Excellent written and oral communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Discuss with customer and project team to understand requirements/gap.
• Prepare BRD/SRS/Gap Analysis documentation.
• Walk through requirements and obtain sign-off from customer.
• Review test cases.
• Perform functional testing.
• Provide KT/clarifications to development and testing teams.
• Prepare status reports.
• Train client super users.
• Coordinate during client UAT.

Qualifications, Work experience:

• Should have understanding of Portals for Sales Channels, Customers, Mobile Applications for Sales Channel and Customers.
• General / all Commercial claims products Experience.
• Licentiate/Associate/Fellow in General Insurance from Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.
• MS Office, MS Visio, Knowledge on any Requirements Gathering Tool.
