Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (P6 level) in Gurugram to support the RAgE project. The role demands deep Market Risk knowledge within banking and collaboration across business and technology teams.

The candidate will gather requirements, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and facilitate workshops while liaising with risk, treasury, developers, testers, and product owners. Proactive, detail-oriented, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Understanding of capital market and banking domain.
• Strong knowledge of Market Risk concepts, processes, and reporting.
• Good understanding of risk data, positions, exposures, limits, sensitivities, stress testing, and Value at Risk.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile delivery practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
• Experience with Rally, and Confluence would be an advantage.
• Experience supporting regulatory changes, application modernisation, production issues would be beneficial.
