A Technology Business Analyst role is opened to join the risk technology team of a leading investment bank. The successful candidate will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirements, data analysis, solution design, and delivery across strategic initiatives.

6–10 years BA experience preferred with strong SQL and data mapping skills. Experience with Agile, JIRA/Confluence, and excellent communication are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to understand and document business requirements.
• Elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create and maintain BRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Flows, Use Cases, and Data Mapping documents.
• Perform detailed data analysis to support requirement definition, root cause analysis, solution design, and testing activities.
• Write complex SQL queries to analyze large datasets, validate business rules, investigate issues, and support data reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and project managers throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Support Agile delivery teams by managing backlogs, refining user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Assist with UAT planning, test scenario creation, defect triage, and business validation.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts across systems and processes.
• Support change management and implementation activities for technology solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Technology Business Analyst to join the risk technology team of a leading investment bank. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirements, data analysis, solution design, and delivery across strategic initiatives. While prior Investment Banking domain experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Candidates with strong Business Analysis, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills from any complex enterprise environment are encouraged to apply.
