SquadStack is hiring a Business Analyst - I in Noida to translate data into actionable strategies. You will monitor KPIs, build end-to-end data funnels, and drive growth opportunities across teams. Strong SQL and BI tool proficiency are essential.

You will automate processes, create clear data visualizations, and support strategy with data-backed recommendations, contributing to faster decision cycles and measurable impact.

Formación

• Intermediate SQL proficiency and experience in writing highly-optimized SQL queries on very large relational databases.
• Ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of BI platforms, database schemas, ETLs, and business logic.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor business KPIs and build an in-depth understanding of the business across the entire data funnel, suggesting key opportunities for growth.
• Automating and optimizing processes to reduce the time spent
• Empower teams across the organization by making data features accessible to relevant stakeholders
• Run product experimentation across the funnel and do continuous rounds of A/B testing to understand user behavior and optimize the business metrics.
• Create compelling visual representations of data, automate reports & setup alerts to enhance the consumption of data at the best moments
• Work with various stakeholders during strategy development and conversion efforts to identify and fulfill data/analytical needs
• Convert a business problem into a data problem and have an intuition of how can it be productized

Roles & Responsibilities:

Skills:

• Intermediate SQL proficiency and experience in writing highly-optimized SQL queries on very large relational databases
• Ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of our BI platforms, database schemas, ETL’s, and business logic with an ability to apply critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to construct simple and impactful messages from complex analysis
• Demonstrated analytical skills, combined with business judgment and ability to influence business decisions
• Ability to break down larger questions into smaller executable problems and communicate closure deadlines.
