Job summary

Insight is seeking a Business Analyst I to drive operational effectiveness by analyzing data and maintaining reporting processes. You’ll support business operations with forecasting, performance management and insights. You will own dashboards, ensure data quality, and translate data into actionable guidance for leadership.

The role requires PowerBI/Power Platform experience, Office 365, and the ability to document procedures for Analysts. Hybrid work is available in major cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Experience with PowerBI / Power Platform / PowerApps.
• Experience with Office 365 suite.
• Macros and basic automations understanding.
• Translate operational data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Develop standard reports and document procedures for Analysts.
• Familiar with project/resource/workforce management.
• Strong IT operations knowledge.
• Hands-on with AI tools like CoPilot, ChatGPT, etc.
• Monitor commitments vs actuals and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data sets ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Analyze performance trends and provide leadership with forecasting and capacity insights.

About The Role

As a Business Analyst I, you will drive operational effectiveness by analyzing data, maintaining reporting processes, and supports business operations activities using standard methods. We will count on you to deliver advanced operational analysis, drives reporting improvements, and supports decision-making through insights, forecasting, and performance management. Along the way, you will get to:

• Own operational reporting frameworks, dashboards and track performance against KPIs
• Maintain data sets ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Analyse performance trends and provide insights to Leadership with structured inputs regarding forecasting, utilisation tracking, capacity and operational planning
• Identify trends, variances, and drive improvement opportunities
• Document and review operational processes and governance artefacts

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and/or can demonstrate equivalent work experience
• Working experience on PowerBI / Power Platform / PowerApps
• Working experience on Office 365 suite
• Knowledge on Macros and Basic Automations
• Ability to translate raw operational data into actionable insights for stakeholders
• Develop standard reports and guide Analysts by documenting defined procedures.
• Working Knowledge on various project Management/Resource Management & Workforce Management.
• Good understanding of IT Operations
• Hands-on experience on AI tools like CoPilot, ChatGPT etc
• Help monitor and track operational commitments vs actuals
