Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking a Cloud Engineer II – M365 to provide escalated support for Microsoft 365 and related services in a hybrid work setup.

You will optimize Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and IAM features like Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and MDM while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech degree required or equivalent
• MS-100/MS-101 and ITIL v4 certifications are highly desirable
• Proven experience in a Level 2 support role with Microsoft 365 services

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated support for complex Microsoft 365 issues reported by Level 1 support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced problems related to user access, permissions, and configurations.
• Administer and optimize Exchange Online mailbox management, transport rules, and mail flow configurations.
• Design and implement configurations in SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
• Provide expertise in Microsoft Teams, including configurations, channel management, and service integrations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Teams audio/video, meetings, and guest access management.
• Configure and troubleshoot SSO and MFA for enhanced security.
• Implement and enforce security measures within Microsoft 365 (DLP, Information Governance).
• Participate in security incident response and investigations.
• Configure and optimize MDM policies for devices accessing Microsoft 365.

About the role

As a Cloud Engineer II – M365, you will provide escalated support for complex Microsoft 365-related issues reported by Level 1 support and end-users. We will count on you to troubleshoot and resolve advanced problems related to user access, permissions, and configurations. Along the way, you will get to:

• Administer andoptimizeMicrosoft Exchange Online, including mailbox management, transport rules, and mail flow configurations.
• Implement andmaintainemail security measures, such as anti-phishing and anti-malware settings.
• Design and implement advanced configurations in SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
• Resolve complex issues related to site and document access & management, permissions, and collaboration in SharePoint.
• Provideexpertisein Microsoft Teams, including advanced configurations, channel management, and integration with other services.
• Troubleshoot andoptimizeaudio/video conferencing, meetings, guest accessmanagementand issues,etcin Teams.
• Implement and manage advanced identity and access management features, including Azure AD Premium functionalities.
• Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security.
• Implement and enforce advanced security measures within Microsoft 365, such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and Information Governance.
• Participate in security incidentresponseand investigations.
• Configure andoptimizeMobile Device Management (MDM) policies for a variety of devices accessing Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced device connectivity issues

What we’re looking for

• BE/B.Tech
• Certifications such asMS-100 ,MS-101andITILv4are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in a Level 2 support role with a focus on Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
