Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a seasoned professional with deep domain knowledge of Core Banking and Digital Banking to work with major banks on internet and mobile channels. The candidate will engage with bank staff and teams to elicit requirements and translate them into solid solutions.

Exposure to core banking products (Temenos, Finacle, FIS, Oracle FlexCube/OFSS, Finastra), digital channels, and security/non-functional aspects is valued.

Qualifications

• Strong functional background in Core Banking and Digital Banking is essential.
• Experience on Core Banking systems and Digital Channels is required.
• Mobile Banking design and development experience is advantageous.
• Ability to collect requirements from bank staff and other stakeholders.
• Capable of preparing business requirements and solution specification documents.
• Experience in core banking products or with banks’ internet/digital channels is preferred.

Required Technical Skill Set

1. Strong functional background and understanding of Core Banking and Digital Banking in particular. This is in the banking space with areas like internet banking and mobile banking .
2. Experience on a Core Banking system and specifically with Digital Channels is a key skill needed
3. Experience in Mobile Banking design and development will be an added advantage
4. Capable to handle multiple stakeholders from business requirement collection with customers ( Bank staff / teams)
5. Capability to prepare business requirements and solution specification documents
6. Experience of working in a Core Banking related company and in Digital Banking product , channel either a product developer (Temenos , Finacle , FIS ,i-Exceed , Oracle FlexCube/OFSS , Finastra, Intellect Design Arena ) or Core Banking system integrator (HCL , WIPRO , Deloitte , Accenture , .. ) or in a Bank in Customer Channel (Internet Banking and Digital Banking )
7. A good level of understanding of non functional requirements for Digital Banking like Security , Authentication , functional Integration into Wallets / Fintechs
