- Manage functional scope during project execution, perform impact analysis on change requests (CRs), and secure formal sign-offs from client business leads.
- Apply functional expertise across Digital Banking channels—including Mobile Banking Apps, Internet Banking (Retail & Corporate), Payment Gateways (UPI, NEFT/RTGS, IMPS, SWIFT), Digital Onboarding/eKYC, and Loan Origination Systems.
- Design end-to-end user journeys, Wireframes, and System Integration workflows connecting digital channels with Core Banking Systems (CBS) and third-party APIs.
- Collaborate closely with solution architects, UI/UX designers, and engineering teams to ensure functional delivery matches approved specifications.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary functional point of contact for external bank stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and lead functional walkthroughs for client executives and product owners.
- Maintain implementation trackers, functional risk logs, and conduct status updates to ensure alignment on project milestones.
- Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, review test plans, and guide client business users during UAT execution.
- Lead triage meetings for functional defects, prioritizing issue resolution with software development and QA teams.
- Support production cutover, operational readiness assessment, client end-user training, and post go-live hypercare support.
Required Qualifications & Key Skills
- Experience: 5 to 10 years as a Business Analyst in IT services, software product companies, or fintechs, with direct experience in post-sales client implementation.
