A day in the life of an Infoscion: As a Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluate solution options and make recommendations.
You will elicit requirements, create functional specifications and process artifacts, such as process flow diagrams. Support knowledge transfer to provide value‑adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
The Business Analyst should own the translation of these requirements into technical solutions and document those solutions in Functional Specification Designs.
Leverage tools to draw Process flow diagrams which the technical team can leverage to document technical design.
Provide business partner application support working with downstream and upstream application managers, operation and business users, technology and vendor(s) to resolve issues.
Work with various stakeholders across program and tech partners to ensure change is implemented smoothly.
Liaise with project and program managers to review project timelines, risks at program level, risk mitigation strategies, and solutions to meet project management activities.
Experience with both traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies.
Must have strong problem‑solving abilities, be a self‑starter, and a sound team player.
Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Strong ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions to achieve results.
Provide suitable documentation for Business‑as‑usual reference across different support levels (L1, L2, L3).
