Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with 2–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support the development and implementation of business solutions using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Conduct requirement workshops, user story creation, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Perform data analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments.
• Validate deliverables to ensure they meet business and functional requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and user manuals.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and Visio (or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (CSM, PMI-ACP) will be an added advantage.
