Job summary

Cloudxtreme in Pune, Maharashtra, India is seeking a Lead Business Analyst with 8–12 years of experience in the cards domain to drive automation initiatives across the SDLC and STLC.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to document current processes, identify automation opportunities, prepare detailed requirements and user stories, lead workshops, translate needs into technical specifications, support tool selection and testing, and ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Formal education in CS/SE or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in Business Analysis with automation focus.
• Experience in cards domain and payments is required.
• Knowledge of SDLC/STLC and automation lifecycle.
• Familiarity with API/ microservices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document current processes and automation requirements.
• Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities and improvements.
• Define detailed business requirements including use cases and user stories for automation.
• Lead workshops and gather input from business users and SMEs.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for automation solutions.

ROLE: Business Analyst Lead

Technical Skills:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document current business processes and automation requirements.
• Analyze and assess business processes to identify automation opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and document detailed business requirements for automation projects, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from business users and subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with IT and automation teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for automation solutions.
• Assist in the selection and implementation of automation tools and technologies.
• Create test plans, test cases, and conduct testing to ensure that automation solutions meet business requirements.

• Familiarity with automation technologies and tools, such as robotic process automation (RPA) and workflow automation platforms.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business analysis role and minimum 2+ years of experience as a Lead business analyst
• Product implementation experience is preferred
