Job summary

Cloudxtreme in Chennai seeks a highly experienced Business Analyst Lead with 8 to 15 years in automation and cards domain. You will document current processes, design automation opportunities, and work across IT and business teams to deliver end-to-end automation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• Proven BA with automation and process improvement focus.
• Familiar with BPM and documentation tools.
• Knowledge of automation tech like RPA and workflow platforms.
• 5+ years in business analysis and 2+ years as Lead BA; product implementation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document current processes and automation requirements.
• Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities and improvements.
• Create detailed business requirements, use cases, and user stories for automation.
• Facilitate workshops with business users and SMEs to gather input.

Job Description

ROLE: Business Analyst Lead

Technical Skills:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document current business processes and automation requirements.
• Analyze and assess business processes to identify automation opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and document detailed business requirements for automation projects, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from business users and subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with IT and automation teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for automation solutions.
• Assist in the selection and implementation of automation tools and technologies.
• Create test plans, test cases, and conduct testing to ensure that automation solutions meet business requirements.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business analysis role and minimum 2+ years of experience as a Lead business analyst
• Product implementation experience is preferred
