Job summary

Thoughts2Binary is seeking a Business Analyst in Gurugram to translate business requirements into system specifications, BRDs, HLDs, ERDs and wireframes, working closely with architects and clients.

Responsibilities include requirement capture, QA/support, client training, and ensuring scope alignment with project teams. A BE/BTech in CS is required, MBA adds an advantage, with 1–4 years of experience. Remote work options may be available for non-Delhi NCR residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering/Technology (CS) or equivalent.
• MBA is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Capture and map client requirements into system features and documentation.
• Coordinate with architects and tech leads to track progress and address deviations.
• Assist in UAT and client handover, ensure bug-free deliveries.

Job description:

Understand business requirements and convert them into system development specifications. Compose BRDs, HLDs, ERDs / Wireframes (applicable). Work alongside architects and tech leads in tandem with clients.

Role:

• Requirement capturing & documentation (BRD / FRD / Scoping / Wireframing)
• Internal progress review and pre UAT testing
• Client training and hand over to the client and assist in UAT
• Basic Knowledge in terms of QA and API testing

Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering / Technology (Computer Science) or equivalent. Masters in Business Administration would be an added advantage

Expected Work Experience: 1 to 4 years with a minimum of 1 year as a Business Analyst.

Expectations

1. Assist in client or prospect discussions and understand their business processes with relevant probing and capture requirements.
2. Map the clients business needs into the system features being implemented.
3. Work closely with the technical project team members to track the functional progress and elevate any deviation to the program manager or the architect.
4. Work closely with the client to ensure no gaps / scope creep comes in from capturing to delivering the project.
5. Responsible for understanding project requirements, and help in design and develop systems to meet the requirements as discussed with the clients
6. Work with developers and architects, to ensure bug free and timely delivery of allocated projects.
7. Knowledge of Agile development methodology and exposure to program management tools such as JIRA and Project planning tools would be an added advantage.
8. Knowledge of API testing (QA)

Key Notes:

• This position is NOT for Data Analytics.
• Possibility of work from home (if NOT residing in DELHI NCR)
• May need to overlap with US hours (for few days a week)
