Job summary

Tecnoprism in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for banking projects. You will lead stakeholder workshops, translate needs into FRD/BRD and user stories, and support UAT and defect management.

Ideal candidates will understand banking processes, regulatory requirements, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), user stories, and process flows.
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessment for new initiatives and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), test case preparation, and defect management.
• Analyze banking processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in data analysis, reporting, and MIS preparation.
