Job summary

Uffizio is seeking a Product Analyst/PM to partner with product managers, UX designers, and engineers in Surat, Gujarat. You will gather detailed requirements, document user stories, and align product roadmaps with business goals.

You will analyze processes, propose improvements, and maintain clear acceptance criteria while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery aligns with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders (product managers, UX/UI designers,engineers,Clients etc.) to gather and document detailed business requirements,product specifications, and user stories.
• Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and providerecommendations to enhance product functionality and usability.
• Perform gap analysis between current and future product states.

Product Strategy and Roadmap

• Work closely with the Product team to define product features and prioritize thembased on business value, customer needs, and market trends.
• Participate in product roadmap planning and ensure that business requirementsare well-aligned with product goals.

Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, andother cross-functional teams to ensure all requirements are understood andprioritized.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project progress, milestones,and any changes to the project scope.

User Story Creation and Documentation

• Create and manage detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes toensure a clear understanding of the product features.
• Ensure that all requirements are well-documented and maintain an up-to-dateknowledge base for the product team.

Testing and Validation

• Assist in the creation of test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) toensure the product meets business requirements and quality standards.
• Work closely with QA teams to verify that product features are deliveredaccording to specifications and business needs.

Data and Metrics Analysis

• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas forimprovement and support data-driven decision-making.
• Create reports and dashboards to track the product’s progress, feature adoption,and overall success.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in productmanagement and business analysis.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, productenhancements, and innovations.
